Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted even if you simply change your mind.
  • Size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another product. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. If the replacement product is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a gift card to your registered email address. If it is of a higher value, the additional amount will be collected.
  • A ₹100 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All returns and exchanges are processed after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
  • Approved return refunds are issued as gift cards sent to your registered email address after deduction of the ₹100 processing fee. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used during checkout on future orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Starting a return or exchange is simple:

  • Reach out to us through our Returns & Exchanges page.
  • Provide your Order ID and the mobile number used while placing the order.
  • Select whether you would like to request a return or exchange and submit your request.
  • Once your request is received, our team will review it and share the next steps with you.
  • After the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • Once the item successfully passes the inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed according to the applicable policy.

Please ensure that the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

All approved return refunds are issued only as store credit in the form of a gift card. Refunds are not processed to the original payment method, bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, or via bank transfer.

Once your returned item has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • The remaining refundable amount will be issued as a gift card.
  • The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
  • The gift card will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • To use your store credit, simply enter the gift-card code during checkout when placing a future order on our website.

The gift card can be used toward future purchases until its applicable balance is utilised, subject to its validity period.
